Plenty of trail options. Nice wide smooth as well as steep & more complicated. Creek crossings. There is a gravel pit up top people use target practice. Saw some very recent bear sign. Campsites are big, open, clean, have highline poles. Water spigots. Muck boxes. Clean restroom.

Proceeding to frost pocket. Then Cleveland lake rd to old number 4 trail. Back to proceeding and to the cabin.

The Blue Hole

Horse should be fit, sure footed, and good with motorcycles. Hoof protection highly recommended. It's steep down and back up, but "The Blue Hole" is beautiful and is a great place to sit and have lunch before trekking back out. Gets hot in the summer so ride it in spring or fall

Equestrian Trail

Weymouth Woods Equestrian Trail. White squares are horse accessible. Half has good, sandy footing, the southern half is graveled with crush and run.

Standley Lake Park Trail
Standley Lake Regional Park, Westminster, Jefferson County

Soft footing, beautiful views, I ride out about 3.5 miles and back the same way so make it to be around 7.5 miles. Lots of places to trot and canter, we go there in the winter time as well when we pull shoes. After rain it can get really muddy though so something to think about.

Justa Rd at Blue Marsh
Justa Road, Wernersville, Berks County
6.5
mi
1 hrs 46 mins

Loop trail which includes part of the full Blue Marsh loop trail. Combo of single track and fields. Start is busy, but around a mile or 2 in, typically only run into horses and bikes. Hunting is allowed. Parking lot is used by those hunting with dogs. No issues with hunters.

FAQ about Equilab trails

How can I follow a trail on a map while riding?

You can explore these trails and many more within the Equilab app! Simply download the app onto your mobile device, create an account, and then head to the “Track” tab. There you can view thousands of trails to discover and ride.

Do I need to pay to use Equilab to ride trails?

No, Equilab empowers equestrians everywhere to discover and ride trails for free! By creating an account within the app (no payment needed), you will be able to see and ride all public trails. Our Premium subscription offers great additional features, which you can learn more about here.

If I add a trail, will everyone be able to see it?

You can control the visibility of any trails you create using Equilab by selecting different privacy options when saving the trails. If you choose to make a trail "Public", it will be visible here on our website and to anyone using the app. Private trails, on the other hand, are only visible to you and (if you're a Premium user) anyone you share them with. Note: If you rode on private property, we strongly recommend saving your trail as "Private".

Why are trails that I know exist missing from the map?

Equilab’s list of trails currently only includes those that have been tracked by riders using the Equilab app. As a result, there are still many trails not yet included in our platform. Anyone can track trails and add them for free, however — giving you the chance to help others discover new places to ride!

Can I add new trails to the list / map?

Yes! You can add a trail from any ride you track using the Equilab app. To so, simply download the app, create an account, then record your ride on the trial.

Note that to create a trail, the ride must be at least 0.6 miles long, have taken at least 5 minutes, and must not have been tracked within an arena.

How many trails are there within Equilab?

Our community members have added more than 35,000 public trails, and new ones are added every day. We hope you enjoy exploring them!
