Horse should be fit, sure footed, and good with motorcycles. Hoof protection highly recommended. It's steep down and back up, but "The Blue Hole" is beautiful and is a great place to sit and have lunch before trekking back out. Gets hot in the summer so ride it in spring or fall

Soft footing, beautiful views, I ride out about 3.5 miles and back the same way so make it to be around 7.5 miles. Lots of places to trot and canter, we go there in the winter time as well when we pull shoes. After rain it can get really muddy though so something to think about.

Easy wide trails.

Around the Hansen dam area starting from MVR

Lots of bikes and hikers. Great exposure and fun to see Brown Ranch. Parking lot is huge for horses, and with building with restrooms and water.
