How do I subscribe?

You can start your Premium subscription through the Equilab app (by tapping on one of the many "Premium" options in the app) or via our website, above on this page.

Why should I subscribe?

Our Premium plan offers additional features that can help you grow alongside your horse and enjoy your riding even more. From Live Safety Tracking that notifies your contacts if you stop moving, to Audio Coach that helps you keep track of your ride without looking at your phone. The subscription offers even more value to equestrians than Equilab's free version.

How much does it cost?

Equilab Premium subscriptions are available for $11.99/month or $89.99/year (USD) via our website. Prices in the app are ~10% higher, and may vary for users in other countries based on the App Store/Google Play Store conversion rates.

Can I try it for free?

Equilab provides free trials to our susbcription when you start your Premium membership through our mobile app. Subscriptions online do not come with trials, but are discounted compared to those within the app. No matter where you subscribe, you get access to the same amazing features.

How can I cancel?

If you decide you want to cancel your Premium plan, you can do so via the channel you used to start your trial and subscription. If you started your subscription in the app, you can cancel by going to Profile > Settings > Manage subscription, then select the option to cancel. If you started your subscription online, you can cancel via the confirmation email sent to you from Paddle (our online payment processor for subscriptions).
